I am committed to connecting with individuals and families through individualized therapy.  I help individuals discover/rediscover the harmony, meaning and wellness within their lives.

After 23 years in law enforcement and 16 years doing therapy, there aren’t many situations I haven’t seen or dealt with. I’ve worked with a variety of individuals and families including veterans, ex-offenders, victims of trauma, single adults and parents, teens and neurologically imbalanced individuals.

I offer individual, family and relationship counseling as well as work as a conservator and conduct case management, counsel families who have family members who deal with neurological imbalances and diseases such as schizophrenia, bipolar disease, depression and other issues. I also counsel families who deal with custody and visitation issues.

I’ve learned by using proven therapeutic techniques that talking to a professional is the equivalent of taking control of your life. Every person as well as every family deserves full and happy lives.

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist

"I am committed to helping people with mental disorders.  It is never the person’s fault if they suffer from depression, bipolar disease, schizophrenia or any other mental disorder.  The problem is, however, when the disease affects everyone around them who loves them if the person afflicted chooses to deny there is a problem and not seek relief"
